When & why it happens

For security, account-data export is delayed; the supplied seconds must elapse before account.initTakeoutSession will succeed.

Parameterized error

The wire code carries a parameter on its tail (literal you'll see: TAKEOUT_INIT_DELAY_42). Gogram parses it out and stores it on ErrResponseCode.AdditionalInfo with the right type.
